Ali Niazi – Managing Director
In 2007, Ali graduated from the VU University in Amsterdam with a Masters in Finance Business Administration and began his career at Morgan Stanley, as a Financial Analyst. After 5 years in financial services, Ali decided to venture outside of Europe and move to Dubai. Having spent a number of years in team leading and managerial positions and with a vision to set up his own business in the future, in 2016, Ali joined Trustmoore, a leading global Corporate Services Provider, to set up their Dubai office as part of the group’s strategic expansion.
With a sizeable portfolio of HNWI, corporate clients as well as strategic partners, in 2019, Ali founded Nimbus Consultancy. Ali serves as the Managing Director, responsible for the operations and business development of the firm. With his wealth of experience in various industries, Ali’s key strength is advising clients and providing practical guidance to individuals, SMEs and larger corporations in setting up and conducting their business in the UAE and wider region.
Ali is multi-lingual and speaks fluent Dutch, English and Urdu.
Daniella Lee – EA and Office Manager
Daniella started her career as an Executive Assistant and has gained 10 years’ experience working with SME’s and a FTSE 350 company. In the later part of her career in the UK, she took the opportunity to study and move into a HR role. In 2018 whilst working for Headlam Group plc, and after 9 months of study, Daniella successfully completed her CIPD Level 5 in HR Management.
After completing her studies, Daniella decided to fulfill her life long dream to travel. She spent 6 months traveling through South East Asia and Australia before residing in Bali, Indonesia for 2 years. During her time in Bali, she decided to set up her own freelance company working as a Virtual Assistant and Project Manager for a number of start up businesses.
Daniella decided to move to Dubai at the end of 2020 and started her employment with Nimbus Consultancy as EA and Office Manager shortly after her arrival.
Maddalena Campi – Account Manager
Maddalena calls Genova in Italy home, however her career has given her over 15 years of international experience. After completing her degree in languages, she moved to London to further improve her linguistic skills and gain exposure to different cultures. Here, she began her career in the Corporate Services sector, initially with a Swiss Fiduciary, before being recruited by a larger firm with a global presence. Her performance gave her the opportunity to move to Dubai in 2010 to help develop and grow their Middle East operation. With over 11 years of Middle East experience, she is ideally placed to provide the depth of knowledge, attention to detail and expertise that will enable a business to operate in the region successfully. She joined Nimbus Consultancy in early 2021, as part of their continuing growth strategy to develop a team of high quality professionals.
Maddalena is multi-lingual and speaks fluent English, Italian and French.
Zafar Ali – Finance Manager
Born and raised in Pakistan, Zafar completed his Chartered Accountancy in 2015 and started his career as an auditor in RSM International Law Firm. Looking for a new challenge and career growth, Zafar moved to Dubai and started working as a Senior Auditor in Mashal al Zarooni Chartered Accountant in 2017. Working as an Auditor for 4 years, Zafar decided to joined Nimbus Consultancy as a Financial Controller in 2019.
Zafar is a Chartered Accountant with a broad spectrum of experience in auditing, corporate finance, controlling, indirect tax and reporting. He is a highly motivated and results driven finance professional with over 6 years of experience in leading and developing a successful finance team. As a member of UK & UAE Chartered Accountancy body, Zafar pursued and completed his Bachelor in Accountancy from Oxfords Brooks University in 2019.
Zafar is multi-lingual and speaks English, Pashto and Urdu.
amin sardar – business development manager
Amin Sardar brings more than 10 years of international executive experience and a deep understanding of global cultures and business to his role as a business development expert. Born & raised in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & Graduated from University of London with Masters in Business management, Amin brings with him a multitude of experience in providing solutions to his clients.
Specializing in solving complex requirements, Amin has held successful leadership roles as both a Manager of business development in the real estate & Corporate services industries.
In his current role at Nimbus Consultancy, he is responsible for growing our footprint in the Middle East, ensuring smooth business setup both the UAE and around the globe. He strives for excellence in identifying client requirements, devising client specific polices, formulating marketing and communication plans and driving communications efforts to maximise client investment decision.
Suheila keluskar – banking specialist
Suheila is no new comer to the Corporate Services world and has gained over 14+ years’ experience. She started her career in the banking industry and through the years realised the true potential in the Corporate and Financial sector. She has managed to learn the intricate details of simplifying complex processes and is driven by her passion for the industry. A complete people’s person, always happy to help her clients with a smile, all the while managing diverse structures for HNI’s around the globe.

muhammad youssri – it support specialist
Muhammad is an IT professional with 8 years of experience working in well-established telecommunication companies, supporting big accounts like Apple, Samsung and Amazon, as well as multinational technology companies. He gained experience in areas such as IT specialist, IT help desk and System Administrator, with proven knowledge in System and Network Management. Muhammad also graduated from HTI with a bachelor’s in Computer Science.
Born in Egypt and an ex-professional hockey player for the Egyptian National Team and Zamalek Club.
Jowil magallon – accountant
Jowil completed his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy in 2010. A year after, he passed the licensure examination as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Philippines. He began his career as an Internal Auditor of a Bank and after gaining 3 years of meaningful experience, he moved to Dubai.
Jowil started his career in Dubai as an Accountant in 2015 and worked with companies in different industries for 5 years. In 2021, he joined the Nimbus Finance Team.
During his free time, he plays basketball, badminton and table tennis.
Harvey Aquino – Junior Account Manager
After arriving in the UAE in 2017 from the Philippines, Harvey was captivated by the excellent customer service experience that he had wherever he went, and in turn, wanted to share the same feeling with the people around him. It is his passion is to help aspiring entrepreneurs in the UAE start building their companies.
With experience in the business setup industry across multiple jurisdictions in the UAE, and extensive knowledge in Corporate Services from A to Z, Harvey joined Nimbus Consultancy as a Junior Account Manager in early 2021.

Sherly has been in the UAE for 7 years. She started her career in the UAE as an HR and Office Coordinator in an online advertising company before eventually moving to Corporate Services sector. A conscientious and goal-oriented professional who has acquired vast knowledge in company formation process through her constant liaison with different Registries.
She is passionate, not only in providing excellent customer service, but also committed in handling concerns with speed and professionalism.
She loves to travel to experience and learn different cultures and to broaden her horizons.
